【摘要】 目的研究鼻咽癌放疗患者接受全程护理干预对其癌因性疲乏以及生活质量的影响。方法选择广西医科大学附属肿瘤医院2016年1月—2017年12月中的200例鼻咽癌患者进行研究,按照患者接受护理的不同方式分为观察组和对照组,各100例,分别接受全程护理干预、常规护理干预。比较两组癌因性疲乏以及生活质量情况。结果观察组干预后1个月的生活质量评分为(71.42±6.84)分,高于对照组(64.84±5.92)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后1个月癌因性疲乏情感、行为、认知、躯体结果均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对鼻咽癌放疗患者实施全程护理干预能够明显改善患者癌因性疲乏,能够明显提升患者生活质量,值得广泛推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of whole-course nursing intervention on cancer-related fatigue and quality of life of nasopharyngeal cancer patients receiving radiotherapy. Methods 200 patients with nasopharyngeal cancer from January 2016 to December 2017 in Guangxi Medical University Affiliated Tumor Hospital were selected for the study. They were divided into groups according to different ways of nursing care, 100 cases in each group. The observation group received whole-course nursing intervention and the control group received routine nursing intervention. The cancer-related fatigue and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The life quality score of the observation group was(71.42 ±6.84)at 1 month after intervention, higher than(64.84±5.92) of the control group(P<0.05). The results of emotion, behavior, cognition and body of cancer-related fatigue in observation group were all lower than those in control group at 1 month after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole-course nursing intervention for patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated by radiotherapy can significantly improve the cancer-related fatigue and improve the quality of life of patients, which is worthy of extensive promotion.更多还原
