【摘要】 创新型国家的建设需要大批高素质的工程创新人才。作为目前高等工科教育中对工程人才培养模式改革的探索,河海大学常州校区以面向行业,构建以工程教育专业认证为导向的创新型工程科技人才培养体系,坚持校企合作,"基于问题、基于现场、基于项目"的工程教育实践机制为重点,协同搭建"做中学""探中学""赛中学""练中学""四位一体"创新工程实践培养平台,强化工程创新人才培养环节的精细化管理,实践表明这样的探索行之有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Building an innovative country requires a large number of high-quality engineering and innovative talents. As an exploration on the reform of engineering talents training model in higher engineering education,Changzhou Campus of Hohai University has carried out the practice for the innovative engineering talents training. In this process,the goal is to build the professional certification-oriented and industry-oriented system for innovative engineering science and technology talents training. Besides,the key is to establish the project education practice mechanism using the concept of "problem based", "spot based"and "project based"with adhering to the school-enterprise cooperation; Moreover,the starting point is to build the "four-in-one"innovative platform for engineering talents training with the concept of "learning in practice,learning in exploration,learning in competition,and learning in exercise". What’s more,in the process of the innovative engineering talents training,the management is strengthened. Results show that the practice in the reform of engineering talents training mode is effective.更多还原
