复凝聚法制备药物微胶囊及细胞毒性评价

【摘要】 通过复凝聚法制备的药物微胶囊,可以延长药物的释药时间,保护药物的活性成分。以卡培他滨为芯材,明胶、阿拉伯胶为壁材,采用复凝聚法制备微胶囊,研究各工艺参数得出最佳制备条件:芯壁比为1.0∶1.5,复凝聚温度为55℃,pH 4.2,搅拌速率为1 600 r/min,得到粒径为2.45μm,包封率80%的药物微胶囊。通过微胶囊的细胞毒性实验可知,微胶囊化对药物具有缓释作用。

【Abstract】 The microcapsules were prepared by complex coacervation,which can prolong the release time of drugs and protect the active ingredients of drugs. Capecitabine was used as core material. Gelatin and Arabia gum were used as wall materials. The drug microcapsules were synthesized by complex coacervation and the optimum preparation conditions were obtained by studying the technological parameters. They were core wall ratio 1. 0 ∶ 1. 5,complex condensation temperature 55 ℃,pH = 4. 2,and the stirring speeds 1 600 r/min. The particle size of obtained drug microcapsules was 2. 45 microns and the encapsulation rate reached 80%. Through the cytotoxicity assay of microcapsule,it indicated that the microencapsulation can retard the drug release of capecitabine.
