【Abstract】 As a core part of the implementation of scientific research projects,contract management can dynamic track and collaborative manage every step of the contract process by using informatization method which can effectively improve the efficiency of the management of scientific research project. Based on contract lifecycle, the construction of information collaborative management platform is expounded from the perspectives of the system structure frame,module design,function and role,etc. Informalized and collaborative management of the contract process can improve the efficiency of the contract management,and enhance the management level and core competiveness.
