氧化铁微米晶溶剂热合成实验新方法
Investigation of the Solvothermal Method for Fabrication of Magnetite Microcrystals
【摘要】 探索了表面活性剂调控下磁性氧化物微米晶溶剂热合成实验的新方法。以二茂铁和乙醇为初始原料,利用表面活性剂修饰产物表面,在溶剂热体系中制备了单分散性、形貌均一的球状Fe3O4微米晶体,实现了对Fe3O4晶体形貌及尺寸的调控,并用XRD、ESEM、TEM等手段进行了表征。通过对乙酸钠的添加量、温度效应和时间效应的单因素探究,发现反应物浓度、温度和时间的改变对产物的形貌都有很大的影响,只有在一个较窄的区间内才可以得到形貌规整的球状微米晶体。总结了反应物浓度、反应温度和反应时间等实验条件与产物晶体尺度及形貌的关系。
【Abstract】 A new experiment approach was developed for obtaining the magnetite microcrystals by the solvothermal method. In this experiment,through a surfactant-assisted process,we utilized ferrocene and ethanol as source materials and successfully synthesized monodisperse, homogeneous spheral magnetic microstructures. This method achieved controlled growth of magnetic crystal in a certain extent. The products were characterized by XRD,ESEM and TEM. This paper demonstrates the relationship between size and shape of product and the experiment conditions including reactant concentration,reaction temperature and reaction time based on experiment data,and discusses the growth mechanism.
