【摘要】 目的探讨第2掌背动脉逆行岛状皮瓣修复示指掌侧皮肤软组织缺损的临床效果。方法对2013年6月-2016年6月收治的6例示指掌侧皮肤软组织缺损患者,以第2掌背动脉为轴线,该动脉远端及筋膜为蒂,行逆行岛状皮瓣修复术。结果术后6例皮瓣全部成活,经6~12个月随访,手指功能及外观均良好。结论第2掌背动脉逆行岛状皮瓣设计合理,血供可靠,适于修复示指掌侧皮肤软组织缺损。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the second dorsal metacarpal artery retrograde island flap on the soft tissue defect in the index finger. Methods From June 2013 to June 2016 in wuhan Wu Dong hospital, 6 cases of soft tissue defect in the index finger were repaired with second dorsal metacarpal artery retrograde flap, with the second hand dorsal metacarpal artery as the axis, and pedided with distal part of the artery and fascia. Results Six cases of flaps survived, and the function and appearance of the fingers were satisfactory after 6-12 months of follow-up. Conclusion The design of the second dorsal metacarpal artery retrograde island flap is reasonable, and the blood supply is reliable. It is suitable for repairing the palmal soft tissue defect in index finger.更多还原
