【Abstract】 The employment agreement system is now an important system in the field of employment of college graduates,to stabilize and promote the employment of graduates.With the development of the market economy and the promotion of the rule of law,the employment agreement system reveals some problems to be resolved.This paper intends to examine the graduates’employment agreement system from the legal perspective.The nature of the employment agreement,the signing of the employment agreement and the basic clause,the penalty sum and service period of the employment agreement are explored and clarified,in order to promote graduates employment and economic stability and development.更多还原
