【摘要】 针对安全阀离线校验实施过程中发现的问题和不足,研制了一套安全阀在线检测系统。该系统集安全阀校验法规要求、数据采集技术和计算机控制技术于一体,一次性实现了安全阀的在线检测和数据自动处理。现场应用表明,该系统具有校验范围广、精度高、可靠性好、自动记录数据过程完整、校验过程不影响正常生产及硬件轻便易携等优点,可作为安全阀校验的有效选择和离线校验的补充。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new-kind safety valve on-line testing system is developed as a supplement to the safety valve testing method in practice.The technology was designed to take account of the regulations of safety valves,data acquisition and computer control technology in the system.The practical testing results showed the system with the advantages of wide-range with high precise,and reliable,portable and complete automatic data recording,in addition,the on-line testing process does not affect normal operation of production system.更多还原
