【Abstract】 A 35-year-old male presented with keratotic papules on the face, neck, back of the ear and groin for 17 years. Some papules enlarged and fused into irregular verrucous plaques, accompanied by palmoplantar keratosis and nail damage. Histopathological examination showed suprabasal lacunas caused by acantholysis, with villi in the lacunas and dyskeratocytes. Diagnosis: follicular keratosis(Darier’s disease).更多还原
