【摘要】 本文基于课题组在福建南平、泉州、龙岩和三明等地20余家农民专业合作社的调研数据,发现大多数合作社都存在普遍的融资困境。贷款难、融资难已经成为了福建省农民专业合作社发展难的共性问题。台湾农会强大的经济实力有目共睹,虽然两岸在制度、经济和政策环境上截然不同,但其在财政扶持、统销统购和农业保险等方面的融资做法对于福建农民专业合作社来说也并非毫无可取之处。本文立足于分析福建省农民专业合作社融资存在的问题,对应台湾农会的先进做法,以此借鉴台湾农会经验,提出加强福建农民专业合作社融资能力的相关对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the research data of more than 20 farmers’ professional cooperatives in Nanping,Quanzhou, Longyan and Sanming cities of Fujian Province, this paper finds that most of them have financing difficulties. Loans and financing difficulties have become common problems of Fujian’s development difficulties. It is obvious to all that Taiwan’s peasant associations have strong economic strength. Although the cross-straits are completely different in terms of system, economy and policy environment, its financing practices in financial support, unified marketing and agricultural insurance have merits for Fujian farmers’ professional cooperatives. Based on the analysis of the financing problems of farmers’ professional cooperatives in Fujian Province, this paper corresponds to the advanced practices of Taiwan’s farmers’ associations, so as to draw lessons from the experience of Taiwan’s farmers’ associations,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the financing capacity of farmers’ professional cooperatives in Fujian Province.更多还原
