【摘要】 当前世界政治体系与经济体系变化趋势明显,而以一国文化为核心的文化软实力在国家之间竞争的战略地位与决定作用愈发重要,因此我国要科学严谨的构建一套彰显大国气度与文化自信的国家话语体系,以增强我国核心价值观念在国际上的感召力与影响力。习总书记指出,通过文化自信能够增强世界对于中国核心价值观的认同感与感知度。因此本文基于上述考虑,基于宏大叙事与个体叙事的集体与个体二维视角,以文化自信作为构建我国话语体系的现实考量,在分析我国话语体系对外输出必要性基础上,构建我国话语体系对外输出的现实路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 the trend of the world political and economic system changes obviously,and the strategic position and the decisive role of the cultural soft power,which is centered on the culture of one country,is becoming more and more important. Therefore, our country should scientifically and rigorously construct a set of national discourse system which shows the great power and cultural confidence, in order to enhance the inspiring and influence of the core values in our country in the world. General Secretary Xi pointed out that cultural self-confidence can enhance the world’s sense of identity and perception of China’s core values.Therefore, based on the above considerations, based on the collective and individual perspective of the grand narrative and individual narrative, the author takes the cultural confidence as the realistic consideration of building our country’s discourse system. On the basis of the analysis of the necessity of the foreign output of our discourse system, the realistic path of our country’s discourse system is constructed.更多还原
