【Abstract】 Iconicity is a hot topic in cognitive linguistic research.And the principle of Order iconicity means the order of clauses in a coherent discourse tend to correspond to the temporal order of the occurrence of the depicted events.Taking three textbook of Cambridge Business English as research object,the study summarizes and analyzes the iconic function and stylistic features of Pragmatic principle of linear order such as loose sentence and inverted sentence.The principle plays important role in creating certain stylistic effect and can help reader to improve their ability in learning and explaining language.更多还原
