分析海产品中磺胺类药物残留的测定方法

【摘要】 海产品在养殖期间较易感染细菌性疾病,因此需要投放磺胺类药物来进行预防和治疗,但该药物在达到一定浓度时会给人体机能造成损害,这就需要找出一种能对磺胺类药物残留进行测定的方法。当前,气-质联用法、高效液相色谱法、免疫测定法等都能对磺胺类药物残留进行测定,但只能对其中的几种磺胺类药物进行检测,操作又较为复杂,灵敏度也不高。针对这种情况,本文提出一种超高效的液相色谱-串联质谱法来对海产品中的21种磺胺类药物残留进行同时检测,并分析这种方法的应用意义。

【Abstract】 As the seafood in the breeding period was susceptible to bacterial diseases, so you need to put sulfa drugs to prevention and treatment, but the drug can cause damage to the human body function in certain concentration, it will need to find a can of sulfonamides residues determination method. At present,all of sulfonamide residues were determined by GC-MS, HPLC, immunoassay and so on, but only to detect several sulfa drugs, the operation is relatively complicated, the sensitivity is not high. In view of this situation, an ultra efficient liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry method was developed for simultaneous determination of 21 sulfonamide residues in seafood, so as to analyze the application significance of this method.
