【Abstract】 As the seafood in the breeding period was susceptible to bacterial diseases, so you need to put sulfa drugs to prevention and treatment, but the drug can cause damage to the human body function in certain concentration, it will need to find a can of sulfonamides residues determination method. At present,all of sulfonamide residues were determined by GC-MS, HPLC, immunoassay and so on, but only to detect several sulfa drugs, the operation is relatively complicated, the sensitivity is not high. In view of this situation, an ultra efficient liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry method was developed for simultaneous determination of 21 sulfonamide residues in seafood, so as to analyze the application significance of this method.更多还原
