【摘要】 优秀传统礼仪文化是中华传统文化的重要组成部分,礼仪文化也是一个国家文明程度的重要体现。目前一些大学生不文明行为使得大学生的形象受到了严重的损害,也成为就业的障碍。大学生优秀礼仪文化的缺失主要因为家庭教养的传统礼仪文化不够,导致大学生缺少基本感恩意识;学校教育的传统礼仪文化不足,导致大学生缺失基本公德意识;社会教化的传统礼仪文化不到,导致大学生缺失基本社交意识。优秀的传统礼仪文化能够提高大学生个人修养、规范大学生日常行为和提高其社交能力。高等学校应开设专门的礼仪文化教育课程,逐步提高大学生个人修养;营造良好的校园礼仪文化氛围,规范大学生的日常行为;发挥网络平台的社会教育优势,有效提高大学生的就业竞争力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Etiquette, which is an important part of Chinese culture, embodies the degree of a nation’s civilization.Nowadays, uncivil behaviors have severely damaged the overall image of college students and become obstacles to their employment. College students lacking of excellent etiquette culture is caused mainly by lacking of the education of traditional etiquette culture in family education(which leads to their lack of basic gratitude consciousness), school education(which leads to their lack of basic awareness of social morality) and social education(which leads to their lack of basic social awareness). Excellent traditional etiquette culture can improve college students’ personal cultivation, standardize their daily behavior and enhance their skills of social communication. Colleges and universities should offer special courses of etiquette culture to students to improve their personal cultivation, create a good etiquette atmosphere on campus to standardize students’ daily behavior, and give full play to the advantages of social education the Internet platform possesses to improve students’ competitiveness of employment effectively.更多还原
