【摘要】 目的探讨延续性护理模式在接受低频脉冲电磁场物理治疗(PEMFs)老年病人中的应用效果。方法选择2015年1~12月在我院接受PEMFs的老年骨质疏松病人80例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予延续性护理,对比2组病人入院时、出院1年后的治疗依从性及生活质量评分(SF-36评分)。结果观察组治疗依从性为75.00%,明显高于对照组(45.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);出院1年后观察组的SF-36评分明显高于对照组[(56.8±5.3)分比(41.5±5.1)分,P<0.05]。结论在接受PEMFs的老年骨质疏松病人中应用延续性护理,有助于提高病人的治疗依从性及生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of continuous nursing in the elderly patients with osteoporosis receiving pulse electromagnetic fields( PEMFs). Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with osteoporosis receiving PEMFs in our hospital from Janurary to December 2015 were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group and control group. Control group received conventional nursing,and observation group received continuous nursing. The therapy compliance and the scores of SF-36 scale were recorded on admission and one year after discharge,and were compared between two groups.Results The therapy compliance of observation group( 75. 00%) was significantly higher than that of control group( 45. 00%)( P< 0. 05).
