骨性Ⅱ类错牙弓与基骨弓数学模型匹配性分析

【摘要】 目的:对骨性Ⅱ错牙弓与基骨弓数学模型匹配性分析。方法:选用骨性Ⅱ类错、个别正常各30例,获取CBCT图像,对其牙弓、基骨弓标志点测量处理,建立数学模型并进行匹配性分析。结果:骨性Ⅱ类错上、下颌牙弓长度均较个别正常长;上颌后段较窄。下颌基骨弓宽度小于个别正常而长度较长。上、下牙弓前段曲度均较个别正常小,且上颌小于下颌;上颌基骨弓前段曲度略大于个别正常,下颌基骨弓略小。结论:通过对骨性Ⅱ类牙弓和基骨弓数学模型形态特征及匹配关系的研究,结果可供临床正畸治疗参考。

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the match of the dental arch with basal bone arch in patients with skeletal class Ⅱ malocclusion using mathematical model. Methods: 30 patients with skeletal class Ⅱ malocclusion( case group) and 30 with individual normal occlusion( control group) were included for computed tomography of CBCT. Measurements of the markers on dental arches and basal bone arches were determined for the establishment of a mathematical model for the match analysis. Results: The lengths of maxillary and mandibular dental arches of case group were greater,while posterior maxillary dental arches were narrower. The widths of mandibular base bone arches of case group were less,while lengths of which were greater. Anterior curvatures of dental arches of case group were less,and the upper curvatures were less than the lower curvatures. Curvatures of maxillary base bone were greater,while which of mandibular base bone were less than those of the controls. Conclusion: The obtained data of the match between dental arch and basel bone arch may be refrence for orthodontic treatment.
