冠厚度对前牙美学氧化锆全锆冠抗压缩破坏力的影响
The compressive strength of full-contour anterior tooth aesthetic zirconia crowns with different occlusal thickness
【摘要】 目的:比较不同面厚度绚彩前牙氧化锆全锆冠(MAT crown)抗压缩破坏力。方法:通过CAD/CAM系统扫描代型预备体,设计制作出形态相同、面厚度分别为1.0、1.5、2.0 mm的绚彩AT氧化锆全冠(AT全锆冠)共18个,设为A、B、C组(n=6),以面厚度为1.0 mm的SHT(super high transluceny)普通氧化锆全锆冠(SHT全锆冠)以及厚度为2.0 mm的SHT氧化锆饰瓷冠为对照组,设为D组、E组(n=6),通过万能材料测试机检测其抗压缩破坏力。结果:A、B、C、D、E组试件抗压缩破坏力值分别为(1 202.02±51.81)N、(2 244.59±51.19)N、(4 723.61±126.21)N、(2 383.96±96.40)N、(2 148.14±103.79)N。B、D、E组间差异无显著性(P>0.05);A组低于其他各组(P<0.05),C组高于其他各组(P<0.05)。结论:面厚度对绚彩AT全锆冠的抗压缩破坏力,随着厚度的增加而增加;临床上使用绚彩AT全锆冠修复时建议磨牙区面牙体预备量不小于1.5 mm,而前磨牙及前牙区预备量可减小到1.0 mm。
【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the effect of different occlusal thickness on the compressive strength of monolithic multilayer anterior tooth zirconia crown( MAT crown). Methods: CAD/CAM system and the Dental Designer were used to design 4 different monolithic crown models with the same shape and with the thickness of 1. 0 mm( group A),1. 5 mm( group B) and 2. 0 mm( group C) respectively( n = 6). The 18 monolithic MAT crown models were made by CAM carving machining. Super high translucency monolithic zirconia crown( SHT zirconia crown) and Porcelain-veneered SHT zirconia crown were used as the control group D and group E respectively( n = 6). The compressive strength was measured by a universal testing machine. Results: The average breaking load values( N)of groups A,B,C,D and E were: 1 202. 02 ± 51. 81,244. 59 ± 51. 19,4 723. 61 ± 126. 21 and 2 383. 96 ± 96. 40 and 2 148. 14 ±103. 79 respectively( B vs D or E,P > 0. 05),A vs B,C,D or E and C vs A,B,D or E( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Compressive strength increases with the occlusal thickness of AT zirconia crown. When AT zirconia crown is used in clinic occlusal thickness must equal to or greater than 1. 5 mm for molar,and the thickness of 1. 0 mm can be used for premolar or anterior teeth.
