基于LabVIEW的压缩机热态特性测试系统设计
Design on test system for compressor thermal characteristics based on LabVIEW
【摘要】 为培养学生工程实践能力和自主创新意识,以大学生创新创业训练计划为平台,设计了压缩机热态特性测试系统。该系统通过配置电加热系统和增压系统,实现了压缩机负载状态相对运动部件工作特性的测试,并在LabVIEW中利用NI-DAQmx数据采集模块实现了测试数据的采集、存储、修正处理及波形显示。该实验系统具有模块化程度高、界面直观、开放性和可扩展性较好的特点,还可用于学生进行创新性实验。
【Abstract】 In order to cultivate students’ engineering practical ability and independent innovative awareness,and by taking the innovative and entrepreneurial training program for university students as the platform,a test system for the thermal characteristics of compressors is designed.By configuring the electric heating system and the boosting system,this system realizes the test of the working characteristics of the relative moving parts in the compressor load state.In LabVIEW,the NI-DAQmx data acquisition module is used to achieve the acquisition,storage,correction and waveform display of the test data.
