自然对流换热实验设备优化改造及教学改革

【摘要】 对自然对流换热设备进行了优化改造,保留了不影响实验过程的本体部分,优化设计了独立的电加热测量系统和温度测量数显系统,解决了现有实验耗时长、数据采集量小、实验工况不稳定、设备故障等问题。优化改造后的设备提供了更加成熟且灵活的实验条件,使教学方式从传统的验证性实验改革为设计性实验,并在日常的教学实践中体现出诸多优势,具有一定推广价值。

【Abstract】 The natural convection heat exchanger is optimized and reformed,and the main part of the experiment process is retained.The independent electric heating measurement system and temperature measurement digital display system are optimized.The problems such as the long time-consuming experiment,small amount of data acquisition,unstable experimental conditions,etc.,are solved.Optimizing and reforming the equipment can provide more mature and flexible experimental conditions,which makes the teaching method change from the traditional verifying experiment to the designing experiment,manifests many advantages in daily teaching practice,and has certain popularization value.
