不同表面粗糙度金属的辐射发射率实验设计
Design on experiment of radiant emissivity of metals with different surface roughness
【摘要】 利用红外热成像仪,测量具有不同表面粗糙度的碳钢的发射率随温度的变化特性。不同表面粗糙度的样品是采用不同加工方式获得的标准件,加工方式包括平磨、立铣和车床。利用加热台直接接触的方法给标准件加热,再利用红外热成像仪成像测温。实验结果表明,随着碳钢材料的表面摩擦度的增加,其发射率未必提高,而是与碳钢表面的加工方式有关。
【Abstract】 The infrared thermal imager is used to measure the changing properties of the emissivity temperature of the carbon steel with different surface roughness.The samples with different surface roughness are the standard parts obtained by different processing methods,and the processing methods include plain milling,vertical milling and lathe.The standard parts are heated by the direct contact method at the heating platform,and the infrared thermal imager is used for the imaging temperature measurement.The experimental results show that the emissivity of the carbon steel is not necessarily raised with the increase of surface friction,but is related to the processing method of the carbon steel surface.
