高校实验室废气净化处理系统的建立与实践
Establishment and practice of waste gas purification system in university laboratories
【摘要】 在对实验废气产生特点与现有废气处理技术分析的基础上,构建了高校实验室废气净化处理系统。采用多功能复合式实验室废气净化处理工艺和模式,净化过程环保、安全、稳定,无剧烈的能量转换、运行费用低,有效解决了实验室废气净化处理的技术难题,提高了实验室运行管理效能。建立的实验室废气净化处理系统已在多所高校的实验室改造与建设工程中应用,取得了良好的社会与生态效益。
【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the characteristics of experimental waste gas production and the existing waste gas treatment technology,a waste gas purification and treatment system in the university laboratory is constructed.The multi-functional compound laboratory waste gas purification treatment process and mode are used,whose purification process is environmentalfriendly,safe and stable without severe energy conversion and with low operating cost.It has effectively solved the technological problems of laboratory waste gas purification and treatment and improved the efficiency of laboratory operational management.The established laboratory waste gas purification and treatment system has been applied in laboratory renovation and construction projects in many colleges and universities,and good social and ecological benefits have been achieved.
