大数据下监测数控制造过程的多层次实验平台设计
Design of multi-level experimental platform for monitoring numerical control manufacturing process under big data
【摘要】 为了配合本硕博贯通培养的有效实施,设计了一个面向本硕博3个不同层次学生的大数据下监测数控制造过程的多层次实验平台。工艺规划及工艺规划中的实验设计和工艺参数优化面向本科生,处理从监测制造过程得到的大数据面向硕士生和博士生。此实验平台将传统实验和研究型实验结合,融入制造学科动态前沿,很好地将教学和科研融会贯通,也为本硕博的贯通培养提供了很好的实践平台。
【Abstract】 In order to cooperate with effective implementation of the thorough training for undergraduate,master and doctoral programs,a multi-level experimental platform for monitoring the numerical control manufacturing process under the big data is designed for the undergraduate,master and doctoral students at the three different levels.The process planning and the experimental design and optimization of process parameters in the process planning are geared for the undergraduate students,and the dealing with the big data obtained from monitoring the manufacturing processes is geared for master and doctoral students.This experimental platform combines the traditional experiment with the research-oriented experiment and integrates the dynamic frontier of the manufacturing discipline,which well integrates the teaching with scientific research,and also provides a good practice platform for the thorough training for the undergraduate,master and doctoral programs.
