【摘要】 在传统静电场模拟描迹实验的基础上,应用Origin软件,改进了实验操作方法。通过采集任意坐标处的电势值,利用Origin软件进行数据分析并绘制等势线分布图。提出了在测试聚焦电极板静电场的电势分布情况时误差来源及修正方法。实验结果表明:改进的静电场模拟描迹实验操作方便、实验效率高,而且对静电场的曲线描绘更加精确,并且避免了传统实验方法因人工绘图所产生的偶然误差。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the original electrostatic field simulation tracing experiment,the Origin software is used to improve the experimental operation methods.By collecting the potential values at any coordinate,the Origin software is adopted to carry out the data analysis and draw the equipotential distribution map.The correction method of the error source for measuring the potential distribution of the electrostatic field of the focused electrode plate is proposed.The experimental results show that the improved experiment of the electrostatic field simulation tracing is convenient to operate,the experimental efficiency is high,the curve description of the electrostatic field is more accurate,and the accidental error caused by the manual drawing in the traditional experimental methods is avoided.更多还原
