分子生物学虚拟仿真实验平台的建设与应用
Construction and application of virtual simulation experimental platform for molecular biology
【摘要】 从分子生物学实验教学的实际应用出发,建立了分子生物学虚拟仿真实验平台。探讨了虚拟仿真实验平台的"基础型—综合型—创新型"三层次的建设思路和"虚实结合,以虚促实"的实现方法,并提出了平台的改进方向。该平台充分发挥了信息技术的作用,将虚拟仿真实验同实体实验有机结合,大大提升了实验教学效率,强化了实验教学效果,加强了多层次人才的培养,推动了分子生物学实验教学的改革和创新。
【Abstract】 Based on the actual application of molecular biology experimental teaching,a virtual simulation experimental platform for molecular biology is constructed.The construction idea,implementation method and application effect of the virtual simulation experimental platform are discussed,and the improvement direction of the platform is put forward.This platform makes full use of information technology,organically combines the virtual simulation experiment with the entity experiment,greatly improves the efficiency of experimental teaching,strengthens the effect of such teaching,enhances the training of multi-level talents,and promotes the reform and innovation of molecular biology experimental teaching.
