新型碳纤维连续抽油杆作业机的研制
Development of New Carbon Fiber Continuous Sucker Rod Working Machine
【摘要】 针对现有碳纤维连续抽油杆起下装置提升遇卡时无法完成作业、不能完全固定使得碳纤维连续抽油杆在井筒内晃动而造成偏磨,上方和下方均无限位造成碳纤维杆夹持不稳或夹持位置不准等问题,研制了新型碳纤维连续抽油杆作业机,并研究形成了碳纤维杆夹持、缠绕排杆及防偏磨刮泥等关键技术。该作业机为两车装结构形式,运移快速,成本低,适用范围广;整机系统集成化程度高,操控性能好,响应速度快,安全快捷;各部件性能符合设计要求,实现了碳纤维连续抽油杆的可靠夹持和整齐排杆。现场应用结果表明:新型碳纤维连续抽油杆作业机运转正常,高速起下、不伤杆、不偏磨;可以降低抽油井能耗,提高抽油效率,具有广阔的应用前景。
【Abstract】 To address the problems of the existing carbon fiber continuous sucker rod like failed operation of tripping out because of sticking of lifting device,eccentric wear of carbon fiber continuous sucker rod due to incomplete retrieving,unsteady clamp or inaccurate clamping position of carbon fiber rod without upper or lower limit mechanism,a new type of carbon fiber continuous sucker rod working machine is developed. Key technologies such as carbon fiber rod clamping,winding pipe handling,anti-eccentric wear and mud scraping are developed. The working machine is delivered by two vehicles,presenting quick transportation,low cost and wide application. The overall system has a high integration degree,good handling performance,fast response speed,and high safety and efficiency performance. The performance of each component meets the design requirements and realizes reliable clamping and neat pipe handling of carbon fiber continuous sucker rods. The field application results showed that the new developed carbon fiber continuous sucker rod working machine operated smoothly,delivered high speed tripping without causing damage or eccentric wear of the rod. The working machine can reduce the energy consumption of the pumping well and improve the pumping efficiency,presenting broad application prospects.
