【摘要】 目的:观察王氏保赤丸治疗小儿厌食症(脾胃湿热型)的临床疗效。方法:将270例患儿随机分为2组,其中对照组120例,口服山麦健脾口服液治疗;观察组150例,口服王氏保赤丸治疗。观察2组的疗效以及治疗前后患儿症状、食欲和食量的变化。结果:2组患儿治疗后的症状、食欲和食量均有改善,且观察组的改善程度显著优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:王氏保赤丸能改善小儿厌食症的症状以及患儿的食欲和食量,适于临床应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of Wang’s Baochi pill in the treatment of children anorexia with spleen-stomach dampness-heat. Methods: Two hundred and seventy cases of children were randomly divided into a control group(120 cases, orally taking Shanmai Jianpi oral liquid) and an observation group(150 cases, orally taking Wang’s Baochi pill). The efficacy and the changes in symptoms, appetite and capacity for eating before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: The symptoms, appetite and capacity for eating in the two groups were all improved after treatment, and the improvement was significantly better in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Wang’s Baochi pill can improve the symptoms of children anorexia and the appetite and capacity for eating and is suitable for clinical practice.更多还原
