【Abstract】 To study the understanding and opinions of the ways to resolve medical disputes between doctors and patients in an enterprise hospital. A feasibility suggestion of multi-channel mediation program for the resolution of medical dispute was proposed by the investigation. The investigation showed that third-party mediation could be of benefit to building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship and could effectively resolve the disputes between doctors and patients. However, publicity should be intensified to increase credibility. For an enterprise hospital, medical disputes may also be jointly resolved by an attempt to interface with the union’s organization.更多还原
