复合氧化物Mg2.4Ti0.8O4用于锂离子交换的实验研究

【摘要】 利用固相反应热结晶的方法合成了具有尖晶石结构的复合氧化物Mg2.4Ti0.8O4。当具有尖晶石型结构的物质在其保持结构不变的情况下,通过改变该物质的化学计量数的方法能够插入或者抽出大量替代离子。这种特性用于离子交换的实验研究,用来满足提取锂的需求。结果表明,Li+的抽出/插入主要通过离子交换机制进行的,在其抽出与插入前后晶体结构只发生了微小的变化,但都保持了其尖晶石结构。通过对Mg2.4Ti0.8O4进行酸化,对Li+的离子交换能力值达到14.2 mmol/g。

【Abstract】 The complex metal oxide Mg2.4Ti0.8O4 with spinel-type structure was prepared by the method of solid state reaction crystallization. When the material maintains its spinel-type structure, changing stoichiometric number can insert or extract a large amount of substituting ions. This feature was used in experimental studies of ion exchange to meet the demand for lithium extraction. The results showed that extraction/insertion of Li+ proceeded mainly through the ion exchange mechanism, the crystal structure before and after its extraction and insertion only had slight change, but its spinel structure was not changed. Through the acidification of Mg2.4Ti0.8O4, the ion exchange capacity of Li+ reached 14.2 mmol/g.
