机油复合剂中Ca、P、Zn含量的同时测定
Simultaneous Determination of Ca,P and Zn Contents in Engine Oil Additives
【摘要】 采用微波消解法对机油复合剂样品进行前处理,利用全谱直读电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES),对样品中的Ca、P、Zn含量进行了同时测定。讨论了消解酸体系、称样量、消解参数因素对测试结果的影响,结果发现消解体系为H2O2-HNO3,样品量约为0.05 g,微波功率最大500 W,消解温度180℃,消解时间20 min,得到了较好的消解效果,且测试方法检出限低,精密度好,相对标准偏差为2.3%4.0%,回收率为90%112%。此方法样品前处理简单,测试结果准确,是一种简单快捷的分析机油复合剂中元素含量的测试方法。
【Abstract】 Engine oil additive samples were pretreated by using microwave digestion method, the contents of Ca, P and Zn in the samples were simultaneously analyzed by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer(ICP-OES).The influence of digestion acid system, sample quality and digestion parameters on determined results was investigated. The results showed that,when the digestion system of H2O2-HNO3 was used, sample mass was approximately 0.05 g, the maximum microwave power was 500 W, the digestion temperature was 180 ℃ and the digestion time was 20 min, the best digestion effect was obtained, and the detection limit of this test method was low, the precision was good, the relative standard deviation was 2.3%4.0%, the recovery was 90%112%. This test method has sample preparation process and accurate test results, so it is suitable for element content analysis in engine oil additives.
