SeO2对维生素D衍生物烯丙位氧化的概述
Overview on Allylic Oxidation of Vitamin D Derivatives by SeO2
【摘要】 维生素D及其衍生物不仅可以作为治疗疾病的药物,而且也可以成为化学合成的原料。大多数维生素D衍生物的合成都需要经过烯丙位的氧化,然而维生素D衍生物烯丙位氧化产率很低,这对维生素D衍生物的开发和研究带来了困难。因此对近年来以二氧化硒为氧化剂对维生素D衍生物迚行烯丙位氧化—环氧法和Riley氧化法迚行了总结,幵对此近年来研究成果迚行了分析总结。
【Abstract】 Vitamin D and its derivatives can not only be used as a drug for the treatment of diseases,but also can be used as raw materials for chemical synthesis.The synthesis of most vitamin D derivatives requires the oxidation of allylic position,but the yield of vitamin D derivative allylic oxidation is very low,which will bring difficulties in developing and researching the vitamin D derivatives.In this paper,epoxy method and Riley oxidation method for allylic oxidation of vitamin D derivatives by using selenium dioxide as oxidant were introduced,and the results of this research in recent years were analyzed and summarized.
