高原环境下制供氧技术研究进展

【摘要】 氧气不仅对人体代谢活动有重要作用,而且在工业生产、水产养殖、载人航天等方面应用广泛。在高原环境中大气压降低,氧气也变得稀薄,因此氧气的制备和供给就显得尤为重要。主要介绍了在高原环境下的四种制氧技术:深冷法、膜分离法、化学试剂法和变压吸附法,其中变压吸附制氧方法所需要的设备较少、工艺简单,能耗低,所得氧气浓度较高,因此更适合在高原应用。随着相关科技领域的发展,变压吸附制氧工艺和吸附剂性能的不断提高,未来变压吸附制氧工艺在高原地区会有更加广泛的应用前景。

【Abstract】 Oxygen is not only an indispensable material for human metabolic activities,but also is widely used in industrial production,aquaculture,spacecraft and other fields.Due to lower atmospheric pressure and thin oxygen in the plateau environment,the generation and supplement of oxygen are particularly important.In this paper,four kinds of oxygen production methods,such as cryogenic air separation,membrane separation,chemical reagent method and pressure swing adsorption(PSA),were introduced.Among them,the PSA technology requires less equipment,simple process,low energy consumption,and the concentration of produced oxygen is higher.Therefore PSA is more suitable for application in the plateau environment.With the development of science and technology in related fields,the oxygen production technology and adsorbent performance are continuously improved,thus PSA technology will have a broader application prospect in the plateau area.
