还原剂浓度对植物还原法制备钯颗粒形貌的影响

【摘要】 以银杏叶提取液为还原剂,利用植物还原法制备钯单质,采用XRD,TEM,SEM等分析方法对制备的钯单质进行表征,考察了不同还原剂浓度对钯颗粒形貌的影响。实验结果表明,利用银杏叶提取液可制备不同形貌的钯单质,通过调节银杏叶提取液还原剂浓度可调控钯颗粒的尺寸,制备出具有线状、块状、窝头状、豌豆状、棒状和球状的钯颗粒,且随着还原剂浓度的增大,线状颗粒有聚集排列成块状的趋势,块状颗粒逐渐变成了面及较弯曲存在凹陷面的窝头状颗粒,窝头状颗粒逐渐变为更弯曲有开裂线的豌豆状颗粒,豌豆状颗粒的开裂线有闭合形成规则的球状颗粒的趋势。

【Abstract】 Palladium-based elements were prepared by plant reduction method using Ginkgo biloba extract as reducing agent. The prepared palladium was characterized by XRD,TEM and SEM. The effects of different reductant concentrations on the morphology of palladium particles were investigated. The results showed that different morphologies of Pd element could be prepared by using Ginkgo biloba extract,and the size of Pd particles could be controlled by adjusting the concentration of Ginkgo biloba extract reductant to prepare linear,lumpy,and spherical palladium particles. With the increasing concentration of reducing agent,the linear particles tend to agglomerate into lumps. The lump particles gradually become the foulardlike particles with a concave surface. A curved surface tends to be more bent cracked pea-shaped particles,which have the tendency to form regular spherical particles closed.
