基于Matlab GUI的埋地管道结构状态监测数据分析系统

【摘要】 分布式光纤传感技术可以实现对埋地管道任意位置温度和应变的分布式测量,但其后期数据处理过程颇为繁琐。为了对管道结构状态监测数据进行更加高效、合理的分析处理,尽量减少人为操作,开发了基于Matlab GUI的埋地管道结构状态监测数据分析系统,从而实现了监测数据处理过程中智能化、可视化的操作环境。某地煤气管道的实际应用表明,该系统能够很好地对监测数据进行分析处理,进而评估管道的结构状态,极大地提高了对监测数据的分析效率,为管道结构状态监测数据的处理分析提供了技术支撑。

【Abstract】 Distributed fiber optic sensing technology can complete distributed measurement of temperature and strain at any location of the buried pipeline,but its following data processing procedure is quite tedious. In order to make more efficient and logical analysis on monitoring data of the pipeline structural state and save manual operations,the structural state monitoring and data analysis system of buried pipeline based on Matlab GUI has been developed. It realizes the intelligent and visual operating environment during the monitoring data processing procedure. The practical application of the gas pipeline in a certain place shows that the system can analyze and process the monitoring data exactly,and then evaluate the structural state of the pipeline,which greatly improves the analysis efficiency of the monitoring data and provides technical supports for the analysis on the pipeline structural state monitoring data.
