【摘要】 发展海洋石油工程装备是开发利用海洋油气资源的技术物质基础,是实现国家战略部署和国内外海洋油气勘探开发的需求。本文通过对"十一五"以来中国石油天然气集团公司陆续实施的系列海洋石油工程装备建设项目后评价进行了效果分析,总结了经验,结合未来国家海洋油气发展战略及市场需求,提出了中国石油海洋工程装备的发展建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of offshore petroleum engineering equipment is the technical and material basis for the development and utilization of marine oil and gas resources, and is the demand of national strategic deployment and offshore oil and gas exploration and development domestic and overseas. Through the effect analysis of post evaluation for a series of offshore oil engineering equipment construction project implemented by CNPC during "the 11th Five-Year Plan", this paper summarizes the construction experience, and puts forward some suggestions for marine engineering equipment of CNPC according to the national strategy for the development of marine oil and gas resources and market requirements.更多还原
