ICP-MS法测定高纯锡中痕量锌、铝、镉和银

【摘要】 金属锡因其良好的物理性能被广泛应用于国防军工、电子设备以及食品包装等多个领域。而其中的杂质元素直接影响锡的性质,所以锡锭的产品标准中对于杂质元素有着严格的要求。该文选择美国Perkin Elmer公司NexION 300X型电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS),建立检测高纯锡中四种痕量杂质元素锌、铝、镉和银的方法。对仪器参数、同位素选择、酸度影响及内标元素的实验条件分别进行优化。该方法具有样品前处理简单、灵敏度高、稳定性好的特点,各元素的检出限均小于0.147 3 ng/mL。加标回收实验表明,各待测元素的回收率在94.0%~109%之间,精密度实验11次平行实验结果 RSD均小于5.2%,与ICP-AES方法数据比对结果相吻合,说明样品检测实验结果准确度高、精密度好、结果稳定可靠。

【Abstract】 Tin is widely used in defense industry, electronic equipment, food packaging and other fields because of its good physical properties. The impurities directly affects the quality of tin, so the standard of tin put forward a claim for impurity elements. Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer(ICP-MS) of PE was used for the detection of four trace impurity elements zinc, aluminum, cadmium and silver in high purity tin.Instrument parameters, isotope, acidity and internal standard elements were optimized. This method is simple,sensitive and stable, the detection limit of each element is less than 0.147 3 ng/mL. The recovery rate of each element is between 94.0% and 109%, and the RSDs of 11 parallel experiments in precision experiment were less than 5.2%, which was consistent with the results of ICP-AES. The results show that the method is accurate, precise and reliable.
