【摘要】 目的探讨IGFBP-6蛋白在肾透明细胞癌(ccRCC)组织中的表达意义。方法采用免疫组织化学分析和实时定量聚合酶链反应(qRT-PCR),检测34例人肾透明细胞癌(ccRCC)及配对癌旁组织(ANCT)中IGFBP-6的mRNA及蛋白表达的变化。结果 34例肾透明细胞癌标本中,11例(32.4%)患者反应性为免疫阳性。ANCT平均组织免疫反应评分为(0.4±0.2),比ccRCC标本的平均得分(2.8±0.4)低(P<0.001)。在ANCT组织中mRNA表达水平(1.0±0.2)较ccRCC标本(3.6±0.6)降低(P<0.01)。结论 IGFBP-6的表达可能参与ccRCC的发生发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the protein expression of IGFBP-6 in clear-cell renal cell carcinoma( ccRCC).Methods Immunohistochemistry analysis and quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction( qRT-PCR) were used to compare IGFBP-6 expression in 34 pairs of human ccRCC and the paired adjacent non-cancerous tissues( ANCT). Results IGFBP-6 showed an increase in granular reactivity from ccRCC. Regarding ccRCC,IGFBP-6 reactivity was detected in 11/34 cases( 32. 4%) analyzed. The average immunoreactivity score of IGFBP-6 in ANCT tissues was( 0. 4 ± 0. 2),which was much lower than the mean score( 2. 8 ± 0. 4) in ccRCC samples( P < 0. 001). The expression of IGFBP-6 mRNA in ANCT tissue( 1. 0 ±0. 2) was significantly upregulated in in ccRCC samples( 3. 6 ± 0. 6)( P < 0. 01).
