【摘要】 目的探讨放大胃镜联合fice染色在上消化道早癌诊断中的价值。方法选取129例白光胃镜下疑似上消化道癌患者为研究对象,首先对所有患者行放大胃镜联合fice染色检测,然后再行病理活检,以病理检验结果评定放大胃镜联合fice染色在上消化道早癌诊断中的效果。结果放大胃镜联合fice染色检测出66例为早期上消化道癌,13例为浸润癌,50例为良性病变;取活检病理检验诊断出早期上消化道癌患者70例,17例为浸润癌,良性病变为42例。计算可得放大胃镜联合fice染色检测的敏感度为90.80%,特异度为84.00%,2种检验方法的kappa系数为0.874。2种方法判定的87例上消化道癌患者放大胃镜联合fice染色检验的肿瘤浸润深度与病理诊断结果准确度达91.21%。结论采用放大胃镜联合fice染色检测早期上消化道癌的临床诊断效果肯定,其敏感度和特异度均较高,患者可耐受,临床安全有效,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of magnifying gastroscope combined with fujinon intelligent chromo endoscopy in the diagnosis of early carcinoma of upper digestive tract.Methods Selected in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2017129 cases of suspected upper digestive tract cancer patients with white light gastroscope as the research object,first of all of all patients underwent magnifying gastroscope combined with fujinon intelligent chromo endoscopy,then clinical biopsy,with clinical pathology test results evaluation of amplification gastroscope in the effects of upper digestive tract early to diagnosis of cancer.Results Magnifying gastroscope combined with fujinon intelligent chromo endoscopy detected in 66 cases for early gastrointestinal cancer patients,13 cases of invasive carcinoma,50 cases of benign lesions,biopsy pathology diagnosed early upper digestive tract cancer were 70 cases,17 cases of invasive carcinoma,benign lesions for 42 cases;calculation of magnifying gastroscope combined with fujinon intelligent chromo endoscopy was used to detect the sensitivity was 90.80%,the specificity is 84.00%,two inspection inspection method of the kappa coefficient was 0.874;Two methods of judging 87 cases of upper digestive tract carcinoma in patients with magnifying gastroscope combined with fujinon intelligent chromo endoscopy test of tumor infiltrating depth and pathological diagnosis results accuracy to the degree was 91.21%.Conclusion The clinical diagnosis effect of early upper gastrointestinal cancer was confirmed by magnifying gastroscope combined with fujinon intelligent chromo endoscopy.The sensitivity and specificity were higher,and the patient could be tolerated.It was safe and effective,and it was worth popularizing.更多还原
