【摘要】 目的:探讨中药联合西药对更年期女性尿路感染患者疗效和生活质量的影响。方法:选取106例更年期女性尿路感染患者,按入组顺序随机分成两组,每组53例,对照组莫西沙星治疗,观察组加用三金片治疗,观察两组治疗后在疗效、免疫功能(包括CD3~+、CD4~+、CD8~+、CD4~+/CD8~+、分泌型免疫球蛋白A)、生活质量等指标影响性。结果:对照组治愈率32.08%、总有效率73.59%,观察组治愈率47.17%、总有效率90.57%,观察组治愈率、总有效率显著优于对照组(p<0.05),两组治疗后较治疗前CD3~+、CD4~+、SIgA、CD4~+/CD8~+显著升高,CD8~+显著降低(P<0.05),观察组治疗后以上水平显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后生活质量显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组治疗后以上水平显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:三金片联合莫西沙星能提高更年期女性尿路感染疗效,改善免疫功能,提高生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine on the efficacy and quality of life of menopausal women with urinary tract infection.Methods:106 cases of menopausal women with urinary tract infection were randomly divided into two groups(n=53),the control group was treated with moxifloxacin,and the observation group was treated with Sanjin tablets.The therapeutic effect,Immune function(including CD3~+,CD4~+,CD8~+,CD4~+/CD8~+,secreted immunoglobulin A(SIgA)),quality of life and other indicators of the impact.Results:The cure rate of the control group was 32.08%,the total effective rate was 73.59%.The cure rate was 47.17% and the total effective rate was 90.57%.The effective rate and total effective rate of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CD3~+,CD4~+,SIgA and CD4~+/CD8~+in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of CD8~+Higher than before treatment(P<0.05),the observation group after treatment above the level was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sanjin tablets combined with moxifloxacin can improve the efficacy of urinary tract infection in menopausal women,improve immune function and improve quality of life.更多还原
