【摘要】 目的:观察泡沫硬化联合自拟化瘀散结方内服外敷治疗下肢静脉曲张的疗效。方法:选取下肢静脉曲张患者,对照组52例,治疗组48例。对照组给予单纯泡沫硬化手术治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合自拟化瘀散结方内服外敷治疗,治疗1疗程后评估并对比两组患者的临床疗效,观察术后改善时间、并发症发生率,出院前统计住院天数,随访6个月统计复发率。结果:治疗组总有效率为97.92%,对照组总有效率为88.46%(P<0.05);治疗组术后皮下瘀斑与色素沉着改善时间、住院天数均少于对照组(P<0.05);各项术后并发症的发生率,治疗组均较对照组更低(P<0.05);随访6个月治疗组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:泡沫硬化联合自拟化瘀散结方内服外敷治疗下肢静脉曲张疗效理想,可促进术后恢复、预防复发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the curative effect of foam sclerotherapy combined with Huayu Sanjie recipe on varicose veins of lower extremity.Methods:48 patients with varicose veins of lower extremity,52 patients in control group and 2 patients in observation group were selected.The control group was treated with foamsclerosing surgical treatment,observation group on the basis of control group combined with Huayu Sanjie oral topical treatment,after a course of treatment and evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared,the improvement time and rate of complications were observed after operation,before discharge statistics hospitalization,followup 6 months recurrence rate.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was 97.92%,control group total effective rate was 88.46%,the observation group(P<0.05);postoperative ecchymosis and pigmentation improvement time,hospitalization time were less than the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications,the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);after 6 months of follow-up observation group the recurrence rate was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Foam sclerotherapy combined with Huayu Sanjie recipe is effective in the treatment of varicose veins of lower extremities,and it can promote postoperative recovery and prevent recurrence.更多还原
