【摘要】 目的:探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者C11orf 65基因rs11212617位点多态性与二甲双胍单药治疗后临床降糖疗果的相关性。方法:入组180位新发T2DM患者为研究对象,用PCR-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)的方法检测C11orf 65基因rs11212617位点多态性,分析位点突变在研究人群中的分布频率。入组患者服用二甲双胍单药治疗T2DM,经12个月的随访,根据入组患者人群的基因型进行分组,分析糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)在治疗前后的变化情况,并和各基因型的关系进行统计分析。结果:C11orf 65基因rs11212617AA基因型与CA和CC基因型HbA1c在治疗前后变化差异具有统计学意义(P <0.01)。结论:C11orf 65基因rs11212617多态性与T2DM患者二甲双胍降糖疗效有一定相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the relationship of C11 orf 65 rs11212617 polymorphisms and efficacy of metformin in type 2 diabetes mellitus（T₂ DM）patients.Methods:A total of 180 patients diagnosed T₂ DM were enrolled in this study.The polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism（PCR-RFLP）was employed to test the distribution frequency of genetic polymorphism site mutations in this study population.All patients oral metformin therapy T₂ DM,followed up for 12 months,according to the study population grouping genotypes,analysis of glycosylated hemoglobin（HbA1 c）,the change of the before and after treatment and the relationship of each genotype.Results:Compared with AA genotype,C11 orf 65 rs11212617 CA and CC genotyped patients showed significant decrease of HbA₁ c（P<0.05）.Conclusion:The C11 orf 65 rs11212617 polymorphisms may associate with the efficacy of metformin in patients with T₂ DM.更多还原
