【Abstract】 As a talent training mode of school-enterprise cooperation and work-study combination,modern apprenticeship has been widely applied in vocational education.Applying the PDCA cycle theory based on the total quality management to the talent training process of modern apprenticeship,the present paper summarizes the four management systems which cover Plan,Do,Check and Action with the four embodied ideas of cycle operation,continuous improvement and coordinated development,thus providing a novel strategy for the continuously advanced talent training quality.更多还原
