现代学徒制人才培养质量持续改进策略
Continuous Improvement Strategy of Talent Training Quality Against the Backdrop of Modern Apprenticeship
【摘要】 现代学徒制作为一种校企合作、工学结合的人才培养模式,在我国职业教育中广泛开展。将基于全面质量管理思想的PDCA循环理论运用于现代学徒制人才培养过程中,总结概括出管理、实施、检查和改进4个体系,循环运行,持续改进,协调发展,为人才培养质量持续提升提供一种新的策略。
【Abstract】 As a talent training mode of school-enterprise cooperation and work-study combination,modern apprenticeship has been widely applied in vocational education.Applying the PDCA cycle theory based on the total quality management to the talent training process of modern apprenticeship,the present paper summarizes the four management systems which cover Plan,Do,Check and Action with the four embodied ideas of cycle operation,continuous improvement and coordinated development,thus providing a novel strategy for the continuously advanced talent training quality.
