基于透射系数的球状植物种子超声辐射频率选择
Ultrasonic radiation frequency selection of globular plant seeds based on the transmission coefficient
【摘要】 超声育种中,不同的超声辐射频率对种子生长的影响不同,为了找到最佳辐射频率,采用透射系数对种子模型进行分析。根据球状植物种子结构特点,提出双层球形植物种子模型;利用分层介质理论,推导出超声育种系统中分层介质结构模型的声透射系数的表达式;根据绿豆种子和花生种子的等效特性参数,仿真得出了声透射系数对应的最佳辐射频率分别为240kHz和100kHz,即球状植物种子的共振频率。
【Abstract】 The different ultrasonic radiation frequencies have different effects on seed growth in ultrasonic breeding.In order to find the best radiation frequency,the transmission coefficient is adopted to analyze seed model.According to the structural characteristics of globular plant seeds,the double model of globular plant seeds is put forward.Then based on the theory of layered medium,sound transmission coefficient expression of layered medium structure model in the ultrasonic breeding system is derived.The best radiation frequency is obtained by sound transmission coefficiend,it equals with resonant frequency of gloular plant seeds.The best radiation frequency is 240 kHz for vigna radiata and 100 kHz for arachis hypogaea.
