【摘要】 限制开发区域发展路径的选择是新型城镇化建设的重点和难点。作为限制开发区域的陕南地区,在新型城镇化发展过程中,服务业支撑不足、医疗卫生建设滞后、养老服务品质欠佳、老龄人口增长迅速。为此,借鉴山东省新型城镇化建设经验,以发展健康养老服务业的视角,从政策制定、产业支撑、硬件设施和配套服务等方面着手,探索推进陕南新型城镇化建设的实施路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development path of the restricted developme nt area is the key and difficult point of the new-type urbanization construction. As the restricted development area of southern shaanxi, there exist many problems; lack of support in service industry, the construction of medical and health care is lagging, the quality of pension service is poor, the elderly population is growing rapidly in the new-type urbanization process.
