【摘要】 学校体育工作有着广阔的外延。"学校"有普通高校、高职中职、中小学、幼儿园;公办学校、民办学校;发达地区学校,也有农村学校,还有老少边穷地区的学校。"体育"有课内体育、课外体育;家庭体育;军事体育、科技体育等等。学校体育的问题要比其他学科的问题复杂得多。青少年的"身心健康和体魄强健"必须由广泛的"学校体育"工作共同完成。"全国学校体育联盟(教学改革)推进的"10+10"教改工程中"+10"是针对学校体育的薄弱环节和空白,或国家亟需发展又比较薄弱的学校体育工作,如校园足球、冰雪体育运动、幼儿体育、国防体育教育等所设计的方略。教改联盟的改革工作受到了基层学校的热烈欢迎,是因为这些工作既有顶层设计,又有具体的内容与方法创新。教改联盟希望通过这些新工作能够(1)协助国家强化学校体育的薄弱环节;(2)明确特殊学校体育课程理论和指导思想;(3)促进薄弱学校领域的课程与教材建设;(4)建设薄弱环节领域的体育发展平台;(5)促进相关领域的体育学术研究;(6)提升薄弱领域的体育教师队伍专业化水平;(7)创建能强化薄弱领域和薄弱环节学校体育改革工程。更多还原

【Abstract】 The school physical educational work has a broad extension. Schools include colleges and universities,secondary and primary schools,vocational schools and kindergartens; public and private schools,and schools in urban and suburban areas. Physical educational work includes physical education,extracurricular sports; family sports; military sports,technological sports and so on. It is more complicated than other subjects.Teenagers physical and mental health must be accomplished by extensive physical educational work. The " +10 "in the"10 + 10"education reform project promoted by National School Physical Education Leagues( Educational Reform) aims at the gaps or the vulnerable but urgent spots of school physical education,such as school football,ice and snow sports,children sports,national defense physical education and so on. The reform work of the leagues has been warmly welcomed by the schools,because the work has both top-level design and specific content and innovation method. Through these new work,the leagues hope to help strengthen vulnerable spots in the national school physical education,to clarify the theory and guiding ideology of physical education courses in special schools,to promote curriculum and teaching materials building in weak schools,to build a sports development platform in weak links,to promote sports academic research in related fields,to improve the professional level of PE teachers in weak areas,and to create a school physical education reform project that can strengthen weak areas and weak links.更多还原
