【摘要】 为了降低客户对档位难挂的抱怨率,提升换挡质量,文章通过故障调查,对变速操纵系统中引起的档位难挂故障率最大的选换档卡片失效问题进行分析,从变速系统结构组成和力传递路径识别问题来源,利用理论计算、台架测试、对比等方法确定了卡片失效问题的主要因素,有针对性地进行了改进,并通过了市场验证,有效地降低了选换档卡片故障率问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to reduce the customer’s complaint rate of the gear hard shifting and improve the shift quality, this paper analyzes the failure of the shifting card slip with the highest failure rate in the shifting control system through fault investigation. From the structure composition of the variable speed system and force path, the source of the problem is identificated. The main cause of card slip failure is determined by theoretical calculation, bench test and comparison. AT the same time, targeted measures and the market verification have been taken. Finally, the shifting card slip failure rate is effectively reduced.更多还原
