汽车关门瞬间车内气压检测系统的设计开发
Development of Transient Pressure inside Vehicle Test System in the Door Shut-down Process
【摘要】 文章开发了一种汽车关门瞬间车内气压检测系统,该系统可为汽车关门瞬间车内气压的检测以及汽车关门力的研究提供技术支撑。开发的系统包括5部分:微差压传感器、标定模块、数据采集模块、锂电池供电模块及上位机分析软件。该系统可一次性连接多个微差压传感器,对一次关门瞬间车内不同位置气压变化数据同时进行采集。采集到的数据经由USB总线上传至上位机分析软件进行分析处理,将采集到的汽车关门瞬间突变压力有效数据以曲线形式展示出来,同时可得到压力峰值,气压上升及下降时间等反映压力突变过程的关键信息。目前已通过实验获取了某汽车关门瞬间车内气压数据,结果表明,开发的系统满足设计要求。
【Abstract】 Toresearchthetransient pressure inside vehicleandtheforce in the door shut-down process, a detect system was developed in the study. The system was composed of five parts: low differential pressure transducer, calibration module, data sampling system, power supply module and the PC analysis software. The system can connect several low differential pres-sure transducers at once, and collect data of transient pressure at different locations inside vehicle at the same time.The collected data is uploaded to PC analysis software through USB bus to analyze. The effective part of the collected Transient Pressure date is displayed in the form of curve, and,at the sametime, wecanget crucial information of the date such as the peak pressure, the pressure rise and fall time. At present, wehavegotsome data of transient pressure inside Vehicle in the door shut-down process by experiment and results showed that the system meets the design requirements.
