电沉积羧基化石墨烯修饰的玻碳电极电化学检测镉离子

【摘要】 [目的]基于电沉积羧基化石墨烯修饰的玻碳电极建立了一种电化学检测镉离子的新方法。[方法]首先,采用电沉积法制得羧基化石墨烯修饰的玻碳电极。然后,以此修饰电极为工作电极,采用方波伏安法研究缓冲液pH、沉积时间和沉积电位等因素对镉离子测定的影响。最后,在最佳检测条件下,考察该方法检测镉离子的响应性能。[结果]试验表明修饰电极检测镉离子的线性范围为5×10-77.5×10-5 mol·L-1,检出限为3.6×10-7 mol·L-1。[结论]该方法重现性和选择性好,有望用于水样等样品中镉离子的测定。

【Abstract】 [Objective]In this paper,a novel method was developed for electrochemical detection of cadmium ion based on electrodeposited carboxylated graphene modified glassy carbon electrode.[Methods]First,the carboxylated graphene modified glassy carbon electrode was fabricated by electrodeposited method.Then,using this modified electrode as the working electrode,the effect of buffer pH,deposition time and deposition potential on the determination of cadmium ion was investigated by square wave voltammetry.Finally,the analytical performance of the method to detection of cadmium ion was studied under the optimal detection conditions.[Results]Experimental result showed that the linear range obtained by the modified electrode was 5×10-7 mol·L-17.5×10-5 mol·L-1 for cadmium ion with a detection limit of 3.6×10-7 mol·L-1.[Conclusion]This method had good reproducibility and selectivity,which was possibly applied for detection of cadmium ion in the water samples and other samples.
