EMS诱变及其在构建花生突变体库中的应用
EMS Mutagenesis and Its Application in Peanut Mutant Library Construction
【摘要】 EMS具备的较高突变频率在作物育种上被广泛使用。目前栽培种花生遗传背景相同或相似,遗传变异率低,很难产生优异性状。育种家利用EMS对花生进行化学诱变,从后代中筛选、鉴定出一些优异突变体或目的基因。综述了EMS诱变原理与特点、诱变方法和材料的选择、后代突变体的筛选方法和EMS诱变在构建花生突变体库中的应用前景等4个方面。
【Abstract】 The higher mutation frequency of EMS is widely used in crop breeding. At present, the genetic background of cultivated peanuts is the same or similar, and the genetic variation rate is low and it is difficult to produce excellent traits. Breeders use EMS to chemically mutate peanuts, and the offspring produce some excellent mutants. In this paper, the principle and characteristics of EMS mutagenesis, the selection of mutagenesis methods and materials, the screening of progeny mutants and their application in peanut breeding are described in detail.
