30%噻虫嗪包衣对玉米种子的安全性及矮花叶病的防治效果
Effect of 30% Thiamethoxam Seed Coating on Maize Seeds Safety and Dwarf Mosaic Disease Control in Maize
【摘要】 2017年在山西省运城市盐湖区进行了30%噻虫嗪药剂包衣对玉米种子安全性和防病效果试验。结果表明,药剂处理后出苗数和保苗率均有所提高;对矮花叶病防效以每100 kg种子用35 g/L咯·精甲150 g+60 g/L戊唑醇50 g+30%噻虫嗪600 g包衣处理效果最优,其次为每100 kg种子用35 g/L咯·精甲150 g+60 g/L戊唑醇50 g+30%噻虫嗪800 g包衣处理;产量统计结果为每100 kg种子用35 g/L咯·精甲150 g+60 g/L戊唑醇50 g+30%噻虫嗪600 g包衣处理>每100 kg种子用35 g/L咯·精甲150 g+60 g/L戊唑醇50 g+30%噻虫嗪800 g包衣处理>每100 kg种子用35 g/L咯·精甲150 g+60 g/L戊唑醇50 g+30%噻虫嗪400 g包衣处理>对照,较对照增加依次为8.68%,6.55%,1.63%。试验综合效果显示,以每100 kg种子用35 g/L咯·精甲150 g+60 g/L戊唑醇50 g+30%噻虫嗪600 g包衣处理为最佳选择。
【Abstract】 In 2017, the experiment was conducted to study the safety and disease prevention effect of maize seed by 30%Thiamethoxam seed coating in Yanhu district, Yuncheng city, Shanxi province. The result showed that both the emergence numbers and seedling survival rate increased after seed coating. The optimal control effect of dwarf mosaic disease in maize was treatment 2, that the seeds were coated with 35 g/L(Fludioxonil+metalaxyl-m)150 g+60 g/L Pentazolol 50 g+30% Thiamethoxam 600 g in 100 kg seeds,followed by treatment 3, that the seeds were coated with 35 g/L(Fludioxonil +metalaxyl-m) 150 g+60 g/L Pentazolol 50 g+30%Thiamethoxam 800 g in 100 kg seeds. The sequence of yield statistics was as follows: 35 g/L(Fludioxonil+metalaxyl-m)150 g+60 g/L Pentazolol 50 g+30% Thiamethoxam 600 g in 100 kg seeds >35 g/L(Fludioxonil+metalaxyl-m)150 g+60 g/L Pentazolol 50 g+30%Thiamethoxam 800 g in 100 kg seeds >35 g/L(Fludioxonil+metalaxyl-m)150 g+60 g/L Pentazolol 50 g+30% Thiamethoxam 400 g in100 kg seeds>control, compared with the control, which increased 8.68%, 6.55% and 1.63%, respectively. The comprehensive effect of35 g/L(Fludioxonil+metalaxyl-m)150 g+60 g/L Pentazolol 50 g+30% Thiamethoxam 600 g in 100 kg seeds was the best.
