【摘要】 [目的]调查女性护理本科生排尿行为现状及其影响因素。[方法]采用分层整群抽样方法,按中国地域(东北、华东、华中、华南、西南、西北)随机抽取6所护理本科院校的护生作为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷、修订版女性排尿行为量表进行横断面调查。[结果]女性护生排尿行为问题主要表现为排尿地点选择、憋尿;不同年级,有慢性便秘、尿路感染经历护生排尿行为总分比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01);Pearson相关分析显示,年龄与排尿行为总分呈正相关(r=0.218,P<0.05)。[结论]女性护理本科生的排尿行为存在问题,构建正确的排尿行为教育模式,有助于增强其健康排尿行为。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the status quo of urination behavior of female nursing undergraduates and its influencing factors.Methods:By stratified cluster sampling,the nursing students of 6 nursing universities in China based on region(northeast,East China,central China,Southern China,southwest and northwest)were randomly selected as the research subjects,and a cross-sectional survey was carried out by the general data questionnaire and the revised version of female urination behavior scale.Results:The main manifestations of urination behaviors problems in female nursing students were the selection of urination sites and holding up the urine,and the differences in the total score of urination in students in different grades,with chronic constipation and urinary tract infection were statistically significant(all P<0.01).Pearson correlation analysis showed that age was positively correlated with the total score of urination behavior(r=0.218,P<0.05).Conclusions:Female nursing undergraduates had problems in urination behavior.The education of constructing correct urination behavior was helpful to enhance their healthy urination behavior.更多还原
